At Fōmcore, we take stock in what we do and how we do it. To us, the impact we make on the world matters.
One key component to this outlook is Dave Diller. Let’s get to know him #AtOurCore.
Can you introduce yourself and your role at Fōmcore?
I am Dave Diller and I direct all of our projects in the West. I’ve been doing this since we opened up the territory in February 2018.
Do you have any hidden talents?
Jag kan mycket lite svenska. Translated: I can speak very little Swedish. So that gets me through Ikea pretty okay and that’s about it. I also love playing soccer, running, music, painting etc. I am really into everything in the art and sports category!
As a child what did you want to be when you grow up?
I wanted to be a rock star, so if I could have been on stage with a guitar in a glam rock or punk rock band I would have been happy. I always imagined myself rocking out with a big band up there!
What is one thing you think somebody should know about Fōmcore products?
I think one thing that people should know about us is that we take a lot of pride in what we do and what we make. Someone will see that our product is made in the U.S. and even in Michigan, which can just simply be a tagline or sticker, but to us this fact is really important. Our people are sewing, upholstering and working on the finishing side while making some really cool stuff. For that reason, we take a lot of pride in what we do.
