Let’s get to know Alexandria, one of our customer service/sales support representatives! She supports our South and West Regional Sales Directors Lance and Dave by putting quotes together, processing purchase orders, managing warranty claims, putting sample orders together, and tracking orders in the shop.
“This position is a good fit for me because there is a lot of flexibility and I get to learn so many different aspects of how Fōmcore runs. I love having the opportunity to work on quotes, finish a product out in the shop, and do some order entry all in the same day!”
What has been the best part about working with your sales reps?
My favorite part about working with Dave and Lance is the relationships they have with me and with our customers.
"My favorite part about working with Dave and Lance is the relationships they have with me and with our customers. Joining this team, it was so interesting to see that they know their customers not just as customers, but as individuals with lives outside of work. They build relationships whether it be here in the shop when they visit or out on the road with their customers. Getting to be part of a team that is so relational has been a refreshing surprise. Making connections and learning of shared friends with dealers out in Colorado is just so cool!
